About Us

Oztops was established in 1998 to make home brewing easier. Especially the brewing of ciders and sparkling wines. One of the problems home brewers have traditionally come up against is that of excess carbonation and bursting bottles. Oztops solve that problem and allow a whole range of drinks to be brewed that would have just been too tricky before. By controlling the three main variables of temperature, yeast, and bottle pressure, you can brew pretty much whatever style you like.
